Management of the Company announces today that it has signed annex to the agreement dated 30.12.2008 of the City of Poznan in the execution of works. The contract company informed report 38/2008 of 30.12.2008 on (contract No. 1 of this report).
Annex to the agreement extends the basic agreement for additional work, and increases the salary of the consortium, whose leader is POZBUD T & R SA, the amount to 2,214,303.78 zł net. Deadline for execution of the works of complementary set at 185 days.
Other provisions, in particular for contractual penalties have not changed.
