The Company's Board indicates that the Extraordinary General Assembly appointed on 7 January 2010, the Supervisory Board Pozbud T & R SA:

- Mr Edward Kozickiego,

- Mr. Wojciech commercial.

Information about Mr Edward Kozickim:

A graduate of the University of Economics in Poznan, the direction of the organization and management. Securities broker (license No. 340). During the 1992-1994 work at the Central Office WBK SA Brokerage as a securities broker. During the 1995-1996 work in the holding Mostostal Export: Advisor to the President of the Board of the Banking Leasing Association of SA, Executive Vice President Giant Brokerage House SA, Chairman of the Board Polinwest SA Brokerage House.

In the period 1996-January 2007 job in Bank Zachodni WBK SA in the Investment Banking Division in various positions (including the Department of capital, the team organizing the Department of Capital Markets and Capital Markets Department, leading a team of its own investment bank - in the management portfolio acquired by the bank and quoted investments and monitoring the conduct of divestments).

From 2003 to 2004 employed at the DGA Audit Sp. Ltd. Since 2004, working in HLB Sarnowski & Wiśniewski Sp. Ltd., currently CEO of the company.
