Board of POZBUD T & R SA announces deadlines for periodic reports in 2010

1. Interim reports for 2009:
- Report for the fourth quarter of 2009 - 1 March 2010
- Annual report for the year 2009 - 30 April 2010

2. Interim reports for 2010
- Report for the first quarter of 2010 - 17 May 2010
- Semi-annual report for the year 2010 - 31 August 2010
- Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2010 - 15 November 2010

In accordance with § 101 paras. 2 Regulations Issuer will not publish quarterly report for the second quarter of 2010.

Legal basis: Art. 56, paragraph. 1 point 2 a) of the Act on Public Offering, the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies (Journal of Laws No. 184, item. 1539 of 2005, as amended) in connection with § 103 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent to the information required by law non-member country (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33 pos. 259 as amended).
