Board of Directors announces that today it has signed an agreement dated 29/01/2010 with the company, the EKOBAUTECH Sp. z oo with its seat in a fine, and therefore the total value of contracts entered into with that entity during the last 12 months to fulfill the conditions for a significant agreement.

POZBUD T & R SA signed a contract with EKOBAUTECH Sp. Ltd.:

- Sale and purchase agreement dated 02/11/2009, on the basis of which POZBUD T & R as the seller sold to EKOBAUTECH Sp. Ltd. 400 m3 of dry wood friezes. The contract value - 1,595,600 zł net.

- Sale and purchase agreement dated 02/11/2009, on the basis of which EKOBAUTECH as the seller agreed to sell to POZBUD T & R to 59,120 m3 of laminated wood in the rough. The contract value - 1,596,240 zł net.

- Sale and purchase agreement dated 29/01/2010, on the basis of which EKOBAUTECH as the seller agreed to sell to POZBUD T & R to 140,750 m3 of laminated wood in the rough. The contract value - 3,800,250 zł net.

Terms of the agreements mentioned above do not differ from those adopted for such contracts. Agreement does not provide for penalties.

Agreement was considered significant because of their total value exceeds 10% of equity POZBUD T & R SA
