Board POZBUD T & R SA announces that on 11 February 2010, the Company entered into a leader of the consortium with the diocese umowę Kaliska, whose object is to project Fri "Renovation of historic wooden churches of the southern." The scope of the project includes the construction, maintenance and carpentry. The contract value amounts to 14,039,412.03 zł gross.

Implementation of the project will be on until 30/11/2011

Within the consortium, in addition to act as leader of the consortium, the Company POZBUD T & R SA will perform work involving the repair, replacement and renovation of joinery, the estimated value of 4,334,836.90 zł gross.

The agreement contains provisions relating to penalties pursuant to which Purchaser is entitled to charge a penalty for not meet the deadline of the project amounting to 0.1% of total gross contractual salary for each day of delay. Purchaser shall be entitled to claim compensation on general terms in excess of contractual penalty.

The criterion for the recognition of this contract is a significant amount of equity of the Issuer.
