Board of Directors announces that today it has signed an agreement dated 05/03/2010 with the company, the BAUMAL Sp. z oo in Mosina, with the result that the total value of contracts entered into with that entity during the last 12 months to fulfill the conditions for a significant agreement.

POZBUD T & R SA signed a contract with BAUMAL Sp. Ltd.:

1st On 15/10/2009, the framework agreement for cooperation in the delivery of T & R POZBUD woodwork for BAUMAL Sp. ooPrzewidywany scope of financial cooperation in the fourth quarter of 2009, the parties agreed to 1,500,000 zł net.

2nd 15/10/2009 On the Framework Agreement for cooperation in the delivery of the BAUMAL Sp. Ltd. aluminum joinery and aluminum facades to POZBUD T & R. Expected range of financial cooperation in the fourth quarter of 2009, the parties agreed to 1,500,000 zł net.

3rd On 05/03/2010 a sales agreement under which POZBUD T & R as the seller promised to comply with and sales to BAUMAL Sp. Ltd. SASH type wooden windows before 30/09/2010. For the execution and sale of the goods to the Company POZBUD T & R will have a net salary of 966,681, 90 pounds, at an average rate British pound in Table No 44/A/NBP/2010 odds of 4 March 2010, sets the value of the contract to 4,173,939 zł net. The parties agreed that a form of compensation is a binding contractual penalties. BAUMAL Sp. Ltd. Company may charge POZBUD T & R penalties:

a) for withdrawal of an agreement of 10% of net salary,

b) for the late implementation of the agreement, in the amount of 0.1% of salary for each day of delay,

c) for the improper performance of the contract, amounting to 1% of salary

The parties reserved the right to claim additional compensation, transfer the amount of penalty to the amount of actual harm suffered.

Terms of the agreements mentioned above do not differ from those adopted for such contracts.
