The Management Board informs that on 05/03/2010 received an annex to the Agreement of 30.12.2008 on the City of Poznan in the execution of works. The contract was disclosed report 38/2008 of 30.12.2008 (contract No. 2 of this report.)
Annex to the agreement extends the basic agreement for additional work, and increases the salary of the consortium, whose leader is POZBUD T & R SA, amounting to 4,059,625.04 zł net. Deadline for execution of works to the complementary set of 15/11/2010
Other provisions of the Agreement, in particular concern the penalties have not changed.
