Article 70 paragraph 1 of the Act on Public Offering - The purchase or sale of a qualifying holding

Pursuant to Art. Paragraph 70. 1 of the Act on Public Offering, the Board POZBUD T & R SA Lubon informs that in the 24 March 2010, received notification from Ms. Ewelina Andrzejak to reduce the share of votes in total less than 5%.

Following the conclusion of block trades on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA, held on 22 March 2010, Ms. Evelina Andrzejak sold 500,000 shares of ordinary POZBUD T & R SA in the sale of the above. number of shares currently held by Ms. Ewelina Andrzejak shares is 954,250 shares representing 5.19% of the capital and 4.28% of the total number of votes. Before the sale Mrs Ewelina Andrzejak held 1,454,250 shares representing ordinary capital of 7.91% and 6.53% of the total number of votes.

There are no persons referred to in Article. 87. 1 point 3. c above. Act.
