Board POZBUD T & R SA Lubon announces that on 25 March 2010 made allotment 5,000,000 Series E Shares offered under the IPO (public offering).

In the Institutional Tranche allocated to 4,643,777 Shares of Series E, while the Tranche Individual allotted 356,223 Shares Series E.

The records are not subject to reduction.

According to the point. 5.1.11. cz. IV prospectus POZBUD T & R SA and in accordance with § § 33 and 100 sec. 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities (Journal of Laws of 28 February 2009, with the item. Zm.), Full information of the outcome of the Public Offer will be forwarded to public within two weeks after its completion, in accordance with Article. Paragraph 56. 1 of the Act on Public Offering.
