Management of the Company announces it has received in today from ING Investment TFI SA, based in Warsaw, a notice of crossing the threshold of 5% ogólnej number of votes at General Meeting POZBUD T & R SA

ING TFI SA, acting on behalf of ING Parasol FIO notified that following the acquisition of shares POZBUD T & R SA on 25 March 2010, the number of votes at the AGM held by the fund exceeding 5%.

Before changing the share of investment funds managed by ING TFI SA held a total of 1,105,000 shares of giving 1,105,000 votes, which was 6.01% in the capital and 4.96% of total votes.

As at 25 March 2010 and to draft a notice investment funds managed by ING TFI SA has a total of 1,140,000 shares of giving 1,140,000 votes, which was 6.20% in the capital and 5.12% of total votes at a general meeting POZBUD T & R SA
