2/2009 Information on incompliance with the rule
The Executive Board POZBUD Y & R on the basis of art. 29 points. 3 "Rules of the Warsaw Stock Exchange SA ', advises that it does not apply the rule laid down in Part II. point. 2 "Good Practices of Companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange." According to this principle at the latest as from 1 January 2009, the Company shall ensure the operation of its website in English, at least to the extent specified in Part II. point. 1 "Good Practices of Companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange." The company has a website in English version, which contains basic information about the company and its products. Given the current structure of ownership and high costs of the Company will make available a web page translation in the field specified in Part II. point. 1 "Good Practices of Companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange." The Company does not rule out the possibility that in future excluded from the application of this principle will be a report of its application.
