On the basis of art. 65. 1 of the Law on public offering and the introduction of instruments
structured financial trading companies and to provide the public company

in 2008. These reports are available on the website of the Company www.pozbud.pl. In accordance with the requirements of
art. 27 Commission Regulation (EC) 809/2004 issuer indicates that certain information contained in the
attached statement and reports may be slightly out of date.
