The Executive Board POZBUD T & R SA informs that today signed two agreements on cooperation with BAUMAL Sp. z oo with its seat in Mosinie, pursuant to which the parties have established the following principles of cooperation:

Contract No 1

BAUMAL Sp. z oo intends to buy wood windows manufactured by T & R POZBUD SA in the prices of this contract and according to arrangements made for individual orders.

The expected range of financial co-operation (on a net basis) the parties agreed on:

I quarter 2009 - 1,000,000 PLN

II quarter 2009 - 1,000,000 PLN

III quarter 2009 - 1,000,000 PLN

IV quarter 2009 - 811,000 PLN.



Contract No 2

POZBUD T & R SA intends to purchase the aluminum doors and facades and aluminum produced by BAUMAL Sp. z oo in the prices of this contract and according to arrangements made for individual orders.

The expected range of financial co-operation (on a net basis) the parties agreed on:

I quarter 2009 - 1,500,000 PLN

II quarter 2009 - 1,000,000 PLN

III quarter 2009 - 1,000,000 PLN

IV quarter 2009 - 1,000,000 PLN.
