Article 56 paragraph. 1 Item 2 of the tender - current and periodic information
The contents of the report:
The Management Board informs that in connection with the entry into force of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognition as equivalent to the information required by the law of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws of 28 February 2009 No. 33 pos. 260), change in the report referred to the current No 1 / 2009 dated 7.01.2009 on the dates for periodic reports in 2009:
1. Quarterly Reports POZBUD T R & SA will be submitted to:
- Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2009 - 15 May 2009
- Quarterly Report for the March quarter of 2009 - 16 November 2009
2. Annual report for 2008 will be forwarded to 30 April 2009
3. Half-yearly report for the first half of 2009 will be forwarded to 31 August 2009
The Executive Board POZBUD T & R SA informs that in accordance with par. 101. 2 Regulations will not be publishing a quarterly report for the second quarter of 2009.
