Management of the Company announces that today, he learns to place by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development Company proposal POZBUD T & R SA for funding the list of proposals recommended for support under the first round for the action 4.4. Operational Program Innovative Economy. POZBUD requested by T & R SA funding is 60% of project costs is the amount of 6.2 million zł (total value of investments related to the implementation of that project is 12.4 million zł, including the 10.3 million eligible expenditure zł).

The project covered by the subsidies is "Implementation of an innovative technology for the production of windows in the establishment POZBUD T & R SA Słonawach.

The Issuer estimates that the investment today is made in more than 80%, and its current funding has been obtained from the public issue of shares of Series D and from its own resources.

Information to conclude an agreement for financing the Company will provide a separate message immediately after signing it.
