Board of POZBUD T & R SA announces that on 06.05.2009 years has knowledge of the conclusion of three contracts with major Piecobiogaz SA with its seat in Poznan.

The subject of the first contract to perform for Piecobiogaz SA joinery with historic restoration of the original arched woodwork in the investment business in the conservation of protected buildings in Grudziadz Street. Legions.

The value of the contract for the net amounts to 7,800,000.00 PLN.

Implementing the agreement will be followed from the date of the contract until 31.12.2010

Subject to a second execution of the contract is for Piecobiogaz SA works with the completion of joinery and glazing conservatory at the premises of its own Piecobiogaz in Poznan at Truskawieckiej 11

The value of the contract for the net amounts to 6,000,000.00 PLN.

Implementing the agreement will be followed from the date of the contract until 31.12.2010

The above-mentioned agreements contained provisions relating to contractual penalties in accordance with which to pay the penalty by:

- The inappropriate timing of execution of the contract item of 1% of salary for each day of delay,

- For improper performance of the contract in the amount of 1% of salary,

- For cancellation of the contract in the amount of 1% of salary.

Contractor will be entitled to demand a penalty of 1% of compensation for cancellation of contract

Parties reserved the right to claim additional compensation, transfer the amount of contractual penalties to the amount of actual damage suffered.

The third contract is the execution by Piecobiogaz POZBUD SA to T & R SA works in a branch company in Słonawach involving the demolition of an old warehouse, the construction of a new production hall designed for the production of interior doors, developing technical design documentation required to obtain the appropriate permissions specified by law construction and complete as-built documentation.

The value of the contract for the net amounts to 5,000,000.00 PLN.

Implementing the agreement will be followed from the date of the contract until 31.12.2010

The agreement contains provisions relating to contractual penalties in accordance with which to pay the penalty by:

- In case of withdrawal by the fault of contractors - 10% of the gross contractual salary;

- For each day of delay in execution of works contract 0.5% of gross salary.

- The inappropriate timing of the removal of defects, to remove the contractor is obliged under the guarantee, - 0.1% of gross contractual salary for each day of delay in relation to the date on which would be the removal of defects,

Contractor will be entitled to claim liquidated damages in the event of withdrawal by the fault of the Purchaser in the amount of 10% of the gross contractual salary.

Parties reserved the right to claim additional compensation, in excess of contractual penalties to the amount actually legitimate losses.

Maximum height of any contractual penalties which can pay one of the parties is 10% of the gross contractual salary.

Agreement was considered significant because the value of each exceeds 10% of equity of the Issuer.
