Board of Pozbud T & R SA Lubon announces today that the Annual General Meeting of the Company appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr. Peter białowąsa Mr. Marek Tomaszewski.

Below are given brief curriculum vitae of the new members of the Board:

Peter Bialowas - higher education, Faculty of Management and Marketing, University of Zielona Gora.

Professional career:

• 1996-1998 - Brokerage House Staropolski Bank SA, Branch Manager in Warsaw
• 1998-2007 - Polish Capital Fund SA, Deputy Director of the Office of Asset Management on Capital Markets,
• 2008 - still - Invest Consulting SA, Investment Director.

Mr. Peter Bialowas carries out competitive in relation to the business of the Company, does not participate in competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member of the authority of a capital company or a member of the authority of a capital company, is not participating in another competitive legal person as a member of the body , and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.

Since March 2008, Mr. Marek Tomaszewski, runs his own business, brokerage and advisory services under the name Progress MJM Marek Tomaszewski.

Mr. Marek Tomaszewski, not by competitive activity in relation to the business of the Company, does not participate in competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, a partnership or as a member of the authority of a capital company or a member of the authority of a capital company, is not participating in another competitive legal person as a member of the body , and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
