Company Management POZBUD T & R Joint Stock Company headquartered in Lubon announces that on 21 May 2009, the Supervisory Board, acting in accordance with applicable law, including the Statute of the Company, has selected the European Center for Audit Sp. z oo with its registered office at ul. Prague 6 / 5, KRS 0000259268, to audit financial statements of the Company for the year 2009 and review the financial statements of the Company for the first half of 2009, the European Center for Audit Sp. z oo located in Krakow is entered on the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements under no 3115. The issuer did not use the services of the company in the past. The agreement with the auditor will be concluded for a definite period needed for execution of subject contract.
