Board of POZBUD T & R SA announces that on 05.06.2009 years has contracted with the major Enterprise Trade and Productive-Usługowe "MIR-BUD" Miroslaw Klause, based in Szczytnikach.

Agreement is subject to the execution of works for POZBUD T & R SA, which is a general contractor in the investment business premises Piecobiogaz SA in Poznan at Truskawieckiej 11 (of which informs the current report No. 21_2009).

The value of the contract for the works is a net 4,100,000.00 PLN.

Implementing the agreement will be followed from the date of the contract Until 30.11.2010, the

The agreement contains provisions relating to contractual penalties in accordance with which to pay the penalty by:

- The inappropriate timing of execution of the contract item of 1% of salary for each day of delay,

- For improper performance of the contract in the amount of 1% of salary,

- For cancellation of the contract in the amount of 1% of salary.

Contractor will be entitled to demand a penalty of 1% of compensation for cancellation of contract

Parties reserved the right to claim additional compensation, transfer the amount of contractual penalties to the amount of actual damage suffered.

The agreement was considered significant, since its value exceeds 10% of the equity of the Issuer.
