Company Management POZBUD T & R SA announces that it has received notice from the company Invest Consulting SA to reduce the share of the total votes of less than 5%:

As a result of disposal of shares as a result of the transaction packet on 22 June 2009, 200.000 shares ordinary company Invest Consulting SA holds 1,026,050 shares of ordinary companies POZBUD T & R SA, entitling to 1,026,050 votes, representing 5.58% of share capital and 4.61% of the total number of votes in the company. Before disposing of the above. Invest Consulting SA shares owned 1,226,050 shares, entitling to 1,226,050 votes, representing 6.67% of share capital and 5.50% of the total number of votes. Subsidiaries Invest Consulting SA shares have not POZBUD T & R SA There are those referred to in Article. 87. 1 point 3. c of the Law on Public Offering, the conditions for introducing financial instruments to organized trading system and on public companies.
