33/2009 Change in substantial agreement

Management Board informs that on 20 July 2009, has signed addenda:
- agreement with Hydrobudowa 9 Enterprise Engineering - Construction Joint Stock Company headquartered in Wysogotowo (to contract the company informed the current report no 16/2009 dated 28 April 2009). Annex changed the scope of works and the kind described in connection with the payment of the amount of 13,400,000 zł net. Other terms of the agreement have not changed.
- agreement with the OPAL Richard Schultz, Waclaw Olejniczak General Partnership, based in Grodzisk Wielkopolski (to contract the company informed the current report no 20/2009 of 4 May 2009). Annex changed the scope of works and the kind described in connection with the payment of the amount of 12,865,000 zł net. Other terms of the agreement have not changed.
