Board of POZBUD T & R SA informs that on 03/09/2009 the year, acting as a partner in the consortium has concluded a contract with a major HYDROBUDOWA POLAND SA with its seat in Wysogotowo.

The object of the contract carried out by a consortium of the supply and installation of doors and windows and ironwork for the job "Extension of the Municipal Stadium at ul.Bułgarskiej 5 / 7 in Poznan, for the EURO 2012 in the implementation of the I and III stands with canopy stands I, II and III."

The value of your contract is PLN 8,266,007.66 net.

The company as a partner in the consortium, with the supply and installation of aluminum joinery, receive remuneration in the amount of PLN 5,800,000.00 net.

Commencement date of the contract works was established on 16/11/2009 The deadline completion the parties agreed on the 28/05/2010

The agreement contains provisions relating to contractual penalties pursuant to which Purchaser is entitled to charge a penalty in the following cases:

a) in case of withdrawal for reasons attributable to Contractors - 10% of the gross value of the remuneration referred to in the contract,

b) for each day of delay in completion of works under the contract - 0.1% of gross salary specified in the contract,

c) the inappropriate timing of the removal of defects found upon receipt or within the warranty period - 0.1% of gross salary specified in the contract, for each day of delay in relation to the date on which would be the removal of defects,

d) for failure to perform or improper performance - at 10% of gross salary specified in the contract,

e) for failure to comply with safety and fire regulations and the responsibilities of Contractors, Subcontractors after an unsuccessful call to end the violations - amounting to 0.005% of gross salary specified in the contract,

The agreement contains provisions relating to contractual penalties in accordance with which to pay the penalty by:

- The inappropriate timing of execution of the contract item of 1% of salary for each day of delay,
- For improper performance of the contract in the amount of 1% of salary,
- For cancellation of the contract in the amount of 1% of salary.

Contractor will be entitled to demand a penalty of 1% of compensation for cancellation of contract

Parties reserved the right to claim additional compensation, transfer the amount of contractual penalties to the amount of actual damage suffered.

The agreement was considered significant, since its value exceeds 10% of the equity of the Issuer.
