Board of POZBD T & R SA informs that on 12 October 2009 entered into a cooperation agreement with SPITZE SA, based in Lakom Chalkidiki, Greece, on the sale of products POZBUD T & R SA, the markets of Greece and Cyprus.
Under the agreement the company SPITZE SA is committed to purchasing windows, shutters and doors of the Polish territory only from POZBUD T & R SA
POZBUD T & R SA undertook to sell products on the market and the Greek Cypriot exclusion through SPITZE SA.
Estimated sales value of the parties agreed to:
- in 2010 - 950.000 EUR
- in 2011 - 1,150,000 EUR
- in 2012 - EUR 1,350,000.
