Management of the Company announces that on 26.10.2009 has signed a significant contract of 19.10.2009 with the company DM Developer Sp. Ltd.

The object of the contract is commissioned by DM POZBUD Developer for T & R SA, do the following work:

a) works consisting of a comprehensive implementation, delivery and installation of joinery and performed other works involving the construction of 16 dwellings in terraced housing and putting them in the so-called finishing. "state developer,

b) works consisting of a comprehensive implementation, delivery and installation of joinery and performed other works involving the construction of 3 single family houses-detached, and putting them in the so-called finishing. "state developer.

Salary Pozbud T & R SA for execution of works referred to in points. and above will be 3,500,000 PLN net, for performing the work referred to in points. b more than 920.000 PLN. Total remuneration under the contract will therefore 4,420,000 PLN.

Deadline for completion of the parties determined on 31/05/2010

The agreement contains provisions specifying the amount of contractual penalties, according to which the contractor may be required to pay the Purchaser following contract penalties:

a) in case of withdrawal for reasons attributable to the Contractor - 10% of the gross contractual salary;

b) for each day of delay in the implementation phase of the works in relation to the deadline specified in the schedule - 0.1% of net salary contract. The same applies to the intermediate time,

c) the inappropriate timing of the removal of the deficiencies found at the reception - 0.1% of net contractual salary for each day of delay.

d) for the inappropriate timing of the removal of defects, to remove the contractor is obliged under the guarantee, - 0.1% of net contractual salary for each day of delay in relation to the date on which would be the removal of defects,

Parties reserved the right to claim additional compensation, transfer the amount of contractual penalties to the amount of actual damage suffered.

The agreement was considered significant, since its value exceeds 10% of the equity of the Issuer.
