• 12 - 13 May 2008, the adoption of a declaration of interest in acquiring shares on the need to create demand for the tranche of the Book of Institutional Investors;
• 14 May 2008 to provide to the public issue price;
• 15 May 2008 opening of subscription;
• 15 - 21 May 2008, accepting entries in the retail tranche;
• to 23 May 2008, issuing an invitation to submit entries for shares in the tranche for institutional investors investors, who demand the construction of paper declarations of interest by the purchase of Series D shares at a price not lower than the issue;
• 26 - 27 May 2008 accepting entries for the third tranche of institutional investors;
• 27 May 2008 closing of the subscription.

Allocation of Series D Shares will be made within 3 working days from the close of the subscription.
