The new production line, which arises in our order from WEINIG and this year will run in the new factory POZBUD-on, is the first such in Poland and one in ten in Europe. It will allow the simultaneous production of six different window profiles with much greater efficiency at much lower cost of production and the almost complete automation, and consequently, extremely high accuracy. Effects of its actions will help increase the quality of our ground-breaking windows and even increase their competitiveness.

Basic features of window and door technology POZBUD-in are: exotic wood - high specific gravity and a single site, giving exceptionally good strength and stability of energy produced from the woodwork. Dry glazing - the application of the inner side of the strip gasket bead, instead of silicon, improving the aesthetics of the window; czterowarstwowe painting - that gives up a seven-year warranty on the shell spirit. CNC (Numerically controlled center) - a very precise treatment of woodwork to the nearest tenth of a millimeter. It makes it possible to produce elements of curved, elliptical windows, doors arc.
